What setup includes

We deliver, carry everything in, place it where you want it and take it away afterwards. Our furniture arrives clean and inspected. Tell us about the access when you book, whether that is stairs, a long carry, or a loading dock with a time window, and we will plan for it rather than discover it on the day.

Turnaround, and why a free-looking day isn't always free

When a piece comes back from a job we cannot send it straight out again. We have to transport it, clean it and check it over, and that takes hours. A sofa needs longer than a stack of chairs.

That gap sits after a booking only, never before. So a piece returning at noon on Monday can go straight back out on Tuesday morning, though not Monday evening. If our collection says something is unavailable on a day that looks open, this is almost always why.

Deposits

Sending a quote request costs nothing and holds nothing. Everything in it stays available to other customers. Only a paid deposit takes items off the floor for your date.

The deposit to confirm is 50% of your total. We arrange it with you directly once we have confirmed the date, not through this site. A hold placed without payment lasts 48 hours and then releases automatically.

Some pieces also carry a refundable damage deposit per unit. That's collected separately from the rental charge and returned after the items come back and are inspected.

Weather

We only send lounge furniture to covered areas. Upholstery and rain are a bad combination, and a wet sofa is out of service for days afterwards, which affects other customers as well as you.

Our market umbrellas come down above 20 mph. That is not a preference. An umbrella in real wind is a hazard. If conditions turn on the day, our crew will take them down.
