If you pay by card, the payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card number.

To deliver the service you booked, process payments, arrange delivery, and communicate with you about your event.

We also keep a record of what you agreed to, including the version of the terms in effect at the time of your booking.

Your booking is stored in our database, and access is restricted to staff.

We keep booking records for as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations, and then delete them.

We share delivery details with our crew and payment information with our payment processor.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we do not send it to third parties for marketing.

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, subject to our record-keeping obligations.
